Terje Lovoy, from Lovoy Training INC, is a former vice president of SAS Scandinavian Airlines, an airline captain, and a Boeing factory instructor. Since 2009, Terje and the Lovoy Team have developed methods to simplify and improve Safety Management Systems (SMSs). Over the past 14 years, Terje collaborated with numerous companies who improved the user-friendliness of their procedures.
